UdstillerGuide is built in Denmark by Sandra Christiansen and Johannes Damsgaard-Bruhn. We've delivered the platform to trade fair organisers since 2017 — and before that, five years of bespoke systems for organisers. The front desk is staffed. It's us who answer the phone.
We build the digital trade fair platform for organisers who want one system for visitors, exhibitors and themselves — without module pricing and without an 18-month implementation.
Why we built this
We've built software for trade fair organisers since 2017, and before that, five years of bespoke systems for the same industry. Over those years we saw the same problem come up again and again — whether the fair was big or small, trade or consumer: a static PDF map, an exhibitor list that was out of date by day two, a programme that couldn't be filtered, and an information desk with a queue during opening hours.
A trade fair is one of the few physical events people still pay to attend. It deserves a digital layer that works — not a website per fair, but a platform that brings visitors, exhibitors and the organiser together around the same data. That's what we've built — and kept developing — since 2017.

You get a demo in week 1 and a live site in weeks 2–3.
No 18-month implementation project. We show you your fair on the platform within ten working days. Next year's fair inherits this year's data — exhibitors, plans, descriptions. You don't start from scratch.

You talk to us — not a sales team with quotas.
When you book a meeting, you talk to someone who built the system and can make decisions. When you call during opening hours, it's someone who can solve the problem — not open a ticket.

Every feature is included — you only pay for the combination.
No module pricing, no "Pro/Enterprise" tier games. The price depends on the number of exhibitors and which products you combine. It's in black and white on the pricing page.
What we don't do
We're not a SaaS product with five support tiers. We're not a platform you log in to that then forgets you exist. We're not a team that escalates elsewhere when something's on fire.
