The product room

Products, brands and news — the catalogue that makes the fair searchable long before and long after.

The exhibitor shows the products

Images, description, category and price. Every product belongs to a stand — and can be found without knowing the stand.

Summary

The product room turns the fair on its head: visitors find the product first and the stand afterwards — and exhibitors are found by what they actually sell.

The product room in words

Visitors come for products, not stands. The product room lets exhibitors show what they've brought — and lets visitors find it before they know who sells it.

The product room is a catalogue domain: it's about search and filtering across large data sets, not a glossy brochure. Every product has its own canonical page and belongs to an exhibitor, but can be found independently of it.

For industry associations — where the fair is one of several channels — the product room is often what adds the most value: a joint product catalogue that members maintain themselves and that lives all year round.

In The Intelligent, the products can be imported from the exhibitors' own systems, so nobody has to type the same thing twice. The Concierge uses the same data to answer visitors' questions.
