The exhibitor room
All the exhibitors in one place — with their stand, contacts, products and what they're bringing to the fair.
The exhibitor signs themselves up
Using a link from the organiser, the exhibitor takes over their own page: logo, text, images, stand and contacts.
Summary
The exhibitor room is where visitors, exhibitors and the organiser meet: the exhibitor shows everything, the visitor finds it, and the organiser doesn't have to coordinate.

The exhibitor room in words
A trade fair is lots of exhibitors who want to show what they've brought. The exhibitor room makes it easy for them to tell people — and easy for visitors to find it.
The exhibitor room is the heart of the fair. Every exhibitor gets their own canonical page with logo, description, images, stand number and contacts — and Google can find the page whether it's shown on your own website, in an embed or through the SDK.
Exhibitors maintain their own page through a personal link. That takes the load off the organiser and raises the quality, because the people who know the content best write it. Everything the exhibitor creates — products, activities, news — is linked to the stand automatically.
For visitors, the exhibitor room is a searchable, filterable list that works on the day too: favourites, floor plan and routes hang together, so a list made at home on the sofa becomes a route through the hall.

Find exhibitors, products and activities across the whole fair.
Floor plan
Show exhibitors, the programme or coffee stalls on a floor plan. You supply the plan with the stands drawn in — we set all the coordinates and link them up.

Visitors save what they want to see. The exhibitor sees how many people noticed the stand.
Routes
Curated paths through the fair: «New this year», «For families», «Green transition».

Info points
Cloakroom, toilets, first aid, stages — all the practical things on the map.
The Concierge
Visitors ask the way they think — on Google and in their AI assistant — and get answers from the fair's own data.
