The activity room

The programme, the stages and the speakers — and each visitor's own day at the fair in My programme.

01/ 04

The programme is data, not a document

Every event has a time, a stage, speakers and an exhibitor. It can be filtered, shared and linked to.

Summary

The activity room carries the ticket story: the programme is the reason to come, and My programme is the reason to stay all day.

The activity room in words

The programme isn't a PDF. It's clickable data: every stage, every event and every speaker has its own page, and visitors put their own day together.

The activity room holds everything that happens at a given time: talks, tastings, workshops, competitions. Every event has a canonical page with time, stage, speakers and the exhibitor behind it — and the programme can be filtered on all of those.

My programme is the visitor's own schedule. It builds on favourites: save an event, and it lands in your day with clashes flagged. It can be shared, so colleagues and family end up in the same place.

For the organiser, the programme is a tool long before the fair: direct links to every event, ready for newsletters and social media, and data on what draws people, so the rooms can be allocated properly.
