Extensions

We build on

When your fair has a need that no standard furniture covers, we build an extension onto the house — a solution to exactly your problem that saves hours in the set-up and in the running.

01/ 03

Every fair has its own headaches

The programme is in Excel, the sponsor wants figures, the screens need files, and the volunteers need to know what's going on. It takes hours — and it takes them again every time something changes.

Summary

An extension solves a specific problem once — and keeps saving time every time something changes. In The Intelligent it's included in the price.

Four extensions · four calculations

Time saved in the set-up — and again in the running

Each extension solves a specific problem we've seen at organisers. The numbers are our cautious assumptions for one fair; on each page you can put in your own.

01

Programme import

The programme stays in your Excel, Word or Google Docs. We fetch it automatically — with images, speakers and links — and corrections are made in one place only.

02

Share page with selected data

One page with exactly the figures the sponsor, the stage owner or the management need — updated automatically, so nobody has to pull figures every week.

03

Exports for screens, PowerPoint and catalogues

Files for screens that can't be online, and catalogues as a PDF and as slides on the web — merged automatically from the system. No copy errors, the right date, the right formatting.

Views for staff and volunteers

One link for every stage host and volunteer with exactly what they need: today's programme on their stage, cancellations, signings and who's on next — always up to date.

Together 396.8 hours on a single fair — about 54 working days. And every time the programme changes, you save them again.

What is an extension?

A room we build for your problem

An extension is a bespoke solution built onto the UdstillerGuide house. It solves one specific problem for you as an organiser — a problem that today costs hours of copying, spreadsheets and emails.

The saving comes twice. First in the set-up, where nobody has to type in the programme, make 135 files by hand or build a report. Then in the running: corrections, proofreading, ongoing updates and all the hassle that comes when reality changes the week before the fair.

Because the extension stands on the same foundations as the rest of the fair, it uses the same data. Correct a programme item, and it's corrected on the website, on the screens, in the catalogue and on the stage host's phone — all at once.

  1. 01

    We look at the headache

You tell us where the hours go. We work it out together with you — with your numbers, not ours.

  2. 02

    We build on

The extension is built on your data and the way you work. The original stays where it is.

  3. 03

    You save — every time

The set-up is done once, and corrections flow through automatically for the rest of the season.

Included in the price

Extensions come with The Intelligent

In The Intelligent, extensions are included in the price — along with the Concierge and import from your own systems. Pavilions, the fully bespoke rooms out in the garden, are an optional extra.

Three perspectives

Who gets the time back?

The organiser saves the hours — but visitors and exhibitors notice that the programme, the screens and the catalogue are always right.
