Five stands in the same hall
Comics, AI, books, beer and assistive technology. Take a walk along the stands and see how five organisers use the same house — each in their own way.
Exhibitors, artists and volunteers
A volunteer-run comics festival with two kinds of participant: exhibitors and artists. The programme is the most visited part of the site — and the screens at the festival will run on our signage system.
Summary
Same house, five different fairs — furnished for the way each organiser works.

Five references · the same house
How they use the house
None of them got an off-the-shelf solution. Here's how we built it, what we focused on — and how they use the system today.
Copenhagen Comics
Comics festival · run by volunteers
A volunteer-run comics festival where publishers, shops, illustrators and creators meet at the same fair.
How we built it
The festival has two kinds of participant, and the house has room for both: the exhibitors at the stands and the artists — illustrators and creators — each with their own profile, but in one shared programme and one floor plan.
What we focus on
The programme, because it's the most visited part of their site, and self-service, so exhibitors sign themselves up instead of waiting for a volunteer.
How they use it
Exhibitors and artists keep their own pages up to date. We can also help with the volunteers' tasks and programme planning — and at the festival our signage system goes on the screens.
copenhagencomics.dkDigital Dogme
Industry association · the AI Pact
An industry association that runs the AI Pact — a catalogue and member universe that lives all year round, not just on the day of a fair.
How we built it
Two universes on the same platform — the pact and the organisation — each with their own partners and content. The lists are embeds in their own WordPress site; the detail pages are fully rendered by us.
What we focus on
A data model with the partner at the centre: events, news, cases, publications, upskilling and contacts all hang on the partner and cross-link one another.
How they use it
The secretariat edits in one place, and the pages update everywhere. Their own site keeps its design; the house supplies the content all year round.
digitaldogme.dkBogforum
Book fair · big programme
An enormous programme with lots of authors, where the exhibitors themselves sit at the keyboard.
How we built it
Stages, authors and publishers in one searchable programme, where every item has its own link. Around it stand the extensions: import from their master sheet with reconciliation, an interest report and screens by the stages.
What we focus on
That an enormous programme can be built by the people who know the content best. The publishers enter authors and activities themselves, and the organiser reconciles instead of typing.
How they use it
The interest report is shared with the partners, and the screens by the stages are generated from the programme in a more manual version, with files that suit their set-up. Copenhagen Comics gets the full signage system.
program.bogforum.dkØlfestival
Danish Beer Enthusiasts · a long-standing partnership
The Danish Beer Enthusiasts' festival — a long-standing partnership that started with the festival and grew from there.
How we built it
The beer archive: every beer and brewery can be searched across the years, so the festival's history doesn't disappear when the hall is cleared.
What we focus on
The screens at the festival. They're run from our signage system, with the same content as on the site.
How they use it
The festival has run on the house for many years. Afterwards we also modernised the association's main site, ale.dk, with integration into the membership system.
ølfestival.dkHealth & Rehab
Trade fair · B2B · bilingual
The Nordic region's sector-specific trade fair for assistive technology, health and welfare technology.
How we built it
A B2B site for a trade fair for assistive technology, health and welfare technology — bilingual, so Danish and English stand side by side.
