Exports for screens, PowerPoint and catalogues

Files for screens that can't be online, and catalogues as a PDF and as slides on the web — merged automatically from the system. No copy errors, the right date, the right formatting.

01/ 04

Today: 135 PowerPoints by hand

15 stages × 3 screens × 3 days makes 135 files at 17.5 minutes each. And one wrong date is enough to make them all again.

Summary

Exports mean the system makes the files and the catalogue — not you. The right data, the right date, the right formatting and 242.8 hours saved on a single fair.

How it works

Exports in words

Screens around the fair that can't be online need files — PowerPoint or images. If the screens can be online, you can use our signage solution; otherwise the organiser usually makes the files themselves. The same goes for the catalogue: 100–150 pages that have to be laid out, proofread and kept up to date.

Screens that can't be online get files: PowerPoint presentations or images in the format the screen can show. The extension merges them automatically from the programme — one file per stage, screen and day, with the right date and your design template. If the screens can be online, our signage solution is the obvious choice.

When the programme changes, the system makes new files. Nobody has to remember which of the 135 files were hit by a keynote that moved.

Exports are catalogues too: a PDF for printing and a slide format on the web that you flick through with the arrows on mobile and desktop — our modern replacement for the PDF. Every page links into the website, so the catalogue and the fair hang together.

Because the catalogue is merged, it can be kept up to date every week, every fortnight or every month. Combine it with a newsletter featuring the ten most recently updated products, and the catalogue becomes a reason to come back.
