Share page with selected data

One page with exactly the figures the sponsor, the stage owner or the management need — updated automatically, so nobody has to pull figures every week.

Today: pull figures, build a spreadsheet, send an email — again

Every week someone pulls the figures, lays them out and sends them to 5 recipients. 45 minutes per report, week after week.

Summary

The share page gives every stakeholder their own figures — always up to date, without anyone having to pull them. That saves 49 hours on a single fair.

How it works

Share page in words

The main sponsor wants to know how many people have favourited their stage. The management want to see how many exhibitors have signed up. The product exhibition wants to know the interest in their products. Today the organiser pulls the figures, puts them in a spreadsheet and sends an email — and does it all again next week.

A share page is a page with exactly the data a particular recipient needs — taken straight from the fair's own data. It might be favourites per programme item, the number of exhibitors who have signed up, accepted invitations, visitors in the last 24 hours or favourites on a sponsor's products.

We set up the page together with you: which figures, in what order and with what explanations, so it suits the recipient. The page is shared with a link that can be passed around inside the organisation or to a third party such as a main sponsor, a stage owner or a product exhibition.

The figures update automatically. Nobody has to remember to pull an export, and nobody gets a report that was out of date when it was sent.
