Views for staff and volunteers
One link for every stage host and volunteer with exactly what they need: today's programme on their stage, cancellations, signings and who's on next — always up to date.
Today: a printed sheet and a text about a cancellation
The stage has one sheet from this morning. Then a text arrives about a cancellation, which gets crossed out by hand — and nobody is quite sure what applies now.
Summary
Every stage host has their own view that's always up to date. The organiser sends one link — and saves 30 hours on a single fair.

Put in your own numbers. All the minutes are our assumptions — adjust them to fit your fair. The maths follows along, in the animation at the top too.
How it works
Staff views in words
Staff and volunteers responsible for a stage or an area need information tailored to their task. Today they get a printed sheet, and when there's a cancellation it goes out by text message — if anyone remembers.
A staff view is a page tailored to one task: a stage, an area or a role. The stage host sees today's programme on their stage with cancellations flagged, the short introduction text for each session, where the signing takes place, where people can meet the participants afterwards, and who's on next — a product demonstration, for instance.
The view takes everything from the fair's own data. When a programme item moves or a speaker cancels, it's corrected for everyone at the same time — without a single text message.
The organiser just sends one link to each person. It works on a phone and can also be used by volunteers who are only there for one day.
